What is permanent makeup?
Permanent cosmetic makeup originates from a tattooing art that dates back more than 6,000 years. Applying permanent makeup is a simple, non-surgical procedure in which various pigments are placed into the dermal layer of the skin using a specially designed tattooing instrument. Topical anesthetics are used to reduce discomfort.

billed to insurance will not incur a cancellation fee but will be
rescheduled at the discretion of the provider. - For permanent cosmetics the $150 deposit will be held as the
cancellation fee if 48 hrs notice is not given. If rescheduling/
cancelling outside of 48 hours, the deposit will be transferred to
the new appointment. If your appointment is a checkup
