Permanent Cosmetics

What is permanent makeup?

Permanent cosmetic makeup originates from a tattooing art that dates back more than 6,000 years. Applying permanent makeup is a simple, non-surgical procedure in which various pigments are placed into the dermal layer of the skin using a specially designed tattooing instrument. Topical anesthetics are used to reduce discomfort.

  • 48 hours notice must be given when rescheduling/cancelling
appointments. When less than 48 hours notice is given, there is
an $85 cancellation fee for all noninsurance appointments that
must be paid prior to rescheduling. Appointments that are to be
billed to insurance will not incur a cancellation fee but will be
rescheduled at the discretion of the provider.
  • For permanent cosmetics the $150 deposit will be held as the
cancellation fee if 48 hrs notice is not given. If rescheduling/
cancelling outside of 48 hours, the deposit will be transferred to
the new appointment. If your appointment is a checkup
appointment within six months of your new patient appointment,
no deposit was collected during scheduling, the cancellation fee will be $85.
  • Failure to fulfill your appointment obligations without 48-hour
notice may compromise the continuity of medical/aesthetic care.
